Walt Disney World's Mickey's not so scary Halloween Party is so much for for everyone age 9 to 90! This year's Halloween Party is new and exciting! Alice & Mad Hatter’s Treat Trail, which started in Toontown and ended by Space Mountain in Tomorrowland, has been re-imagined as Br’er Rabbit’s Candy Patch and will be near Splash Mountain in Frontierland.

As is tradition, popular Disney characters will appear in their Halloween costumes for meet-and-greets. This year, the main site will be in the Town Square Theater, which is where Mickey and Minnie relocated when their houses were removed from Toontown earlier this year. The Disney Princesses will be in the theater as well, and Duffy the Disney Bear and Winnie the Pooh and friends will be outside by the flagpole. I stayed in the Hampton Inn one night Nov 6th based on reviews found on Trip Advisor. My husband and i wanted an inexpensive place to stay after a day at Disney. It took us about 18 mins to get there from Magic Kingdom, easy to find with the helpful phone directions given by hotel staff. We interacted with at least 5 people at the front desk during the stay, all were genuinely nice. This is the cleanest hotel i have stayed in, period. even the stairwell was spotless and smelled clean. the king size bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room offered hbo, it was quiet, nicely decorated and was a good size in a cozy way. everything at the hotel looked new. the staff made sure to remind us about the free breakfast from 6-10am. the serve yourself buffet included make your own waffles, sausage and omelets, pastries, fresh fruit, bagels, etc., it was a really nice touch. we were very happy with this choice.

I can't understand why this Hampton Inn only has 2.5 star rating. It is better than some 4 & 5 star hotels I've stayed in. Even with the good reviews on Trip Advisor, I was still a little nervous about staying here because I got it for an unbelieveably great rate through Hampton's own website. What a pleasant surprise! the public areas sparkled, the desk clerk was very friendly, making check-in a breeze. The room was very nice & clean, clean, clean! Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, with wonderful linens...really 5 star hotel type linens. Thje continental breakfast was plentiful & the staff kept the food replinished. We were there for several nights & showed up for breakfast at different times each morning & there was always plenty of food. Waffles,omelets, gravy & biscuits, pastries, cereal, fruit, bagels, several types of juice & excellent coffee. The staff was so friendly...from the front desk to the maintenance man we encountered one morning. They appeared to enjoy working there. We had reservations for an additional three nights at a hotel near the convention center...when we had such a pleasant experience at the Hampton, we decided to cancel the other reservations & stay at the Hampton, even if it meant driving to & from the convention each day. Unfortunately, we couldn't get out of the reservations, so we had to stay at the Doubletree Resort on International Drive for the remainder of our trip. Believe me, we enjoyed the Hampton much more than the so-called "resort" which nickle & dimed us from the moment we walked in the door. Read my review on the Doubletree & you will understand why we enjoyed the Hampton Inn! I did manage to get reservations at the Hampton for the night before we had to fly out of Orlando...wanted a great night's sleep!

Hotel Breakfast was great! Lots to choose from, Great Coffee. The staff was great! There is transportation to the Disney parks, Suites comfortable for a family of four, there was a door between the living area and the bedroom for privacy. Kitchen user friendly and large fridge. Baby friendly with high chairs and the staff let us use it in our room when we needed it. House keepers did a great job cleaning or rooms. Rooms are a great value for the area and the extra's you get! Hotel well kept inside and out. We will stay here again!

The Chef at Liquid Bar and Grill ( located at Radisson Orlando Lake Buena Vista) would like to share an awesome summer recepie with all the guests (or blog visitors).

Grilled Veggie Sandwich:
Ingredients List:
2 Zucchini
2 Roasted Red Peppers
8 Slices of provolone Cheese
8 oz of marinara sauce
8 pieces of chibata bread

Marinade:
Oregano
Minced garlic
Olive oil
Juice from half lime
Salt pep to taste

Directions:
Cut grilled zucchini in quarter inch length wise slices.
cut roasted red peppers into quarter pieces.
Marinade vegetables for at least 30 minutes to soak in flavor
Toast your chibatta bread and layer on vegetables on bottom slice place 2oz of marinara on vegetables.
Melt two pieces of provolone cheese place top half of chibatta bread, cut and serve warm.

What a great hotel , The hotel was spotlessly clean , friendly helpful staff , great washing machines and tumble dryers on the 2nd floor , i had a problem with the coins in the machine and it was sorted immediately. our room was kept very clean thanks to Rosie , clean towels daily and clean sheets every 2 days ! Our beds were so comfortable , we all slept really well, delicious buffet breakfasts , best breakfasts in orlando! Our children loved the freshly baked cookies every afternoon , lovely food , we used room service a few times , staff were very efficient, There are good hairdryers in the room a fridge and a microwave , tea & coffee great high speed internet we took our laptop , the i pod docking station and flat screen tv were also a big plus. we had a wonderful holiday and would stay here again .
