What a great hotel , The hotel was spotlessly clean , friendly helpful staff , great washing machines and tumble dryers on the 2nd floor , i had a problem with the coins in the machine and it was sorted immediately. our room was kept very clean thanks to Rosie , clean towels daily and clean sheets every 2 days ! Our beds were so comfortable , we all slept really well, delicious buffet breakfasts , best breakfasts in orlando! Our children loved the freshly baked cookies every afternoon , lovely food , we used room service a few times , staff were very efficient, There are good hairdryers in the room a fridge and a microwave , tea & coffee great high speed internet we took our laptop , the i pod docking station and flat screen tv were also a big plus. we had a wonderful holiday and would stay here again .
