Summer Recepie from Liquid Bar & Grill - at Radisson Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista

The Chef at Liquid Bar and Grill ( located at Radisson Orlando Lake Buena Vista) would like to share an awesome summer recepie with all the guests (or blog visitors).

Grilled Veggie Sandwich:
Ingredients List:
2 Zucchini
2 Roasted Red Peppers
8 Slices of provolone Cheese
8 oz of marinara sauce
8 pieces of chibata bread

Marinade:
Oregano
Minced garlic
Olive oil
Juice from half lime
Salt pep to taste

Directions:
Cut grilled zucchini in quarter inch length wise slices.
cut roasted red peppers into quarter pieces.
Marinade vegetables for at least 30 minutes to soak in flavor
Toast your chibatta bread and layer on vegetables on bottom slice place 2oz of marinara on vegetables.
Melt two pieces of provolone cheese place top half of chibatta bread, cut and serve warm.
